MessageWhat you eat during the day is up to you and depends on a million things. I have spent many a day eating nothing all day - vitamins and water/coffee/tea in the morning, nothing else until dinner. If you're very active and/or you workout in the mornings or midday, eating more during the day makes sense.
The principle is simple - undereat during the day, overeat at night. What constitutes effective undereating for you is just something you have to work out, and don't feel like it's etched in stone, either - it can change.
E.g., today I've had my vitamins and some water. I'll have coffee at about 11 am, workout midday, have a small "recovery" snatch afterwards, and then have dinner later, likely followed by an evening snack at 8-9 pm.
Just my opinion.
