MessageI usually don't eat things that come in packages but I found something really good.
It is the G'Day Gourmet brand of canned tuna. It is just tuna combined with other savory things (tomato, onion, etc). It has made lunch actually an anticipated event for me.
This tuna is a tasty source of your omega-3's and no more caloric than sardines. But it is about twice as expensive. So if you're looking for some good protein, try to find this in your market.
