My clients have to make a committment to nutrition BEFORE I take them on for KB training. I'm going to give you some free advice and I promise you it works.
First of all, humans are not meant to eat and eat and eat. We eat when we are hungry. Hunger is nothing more than a signal that the body is low on nutrients. Here's the key to fat loss.....undereat and be overnurished. Most of this country does the opposite (overeat and be undernurished).
So how do you undereat while getting ample nutrients? Simple...eat lots of raw foods, lots of healthy fats and moderate amounts of high quality protein meats.
A sample day for me looks like this:
Upon waking - lots and lots of water.
late morning - shake consisting of: raw almonds, raw milk, organic coconut oil, 2 raw organic eggs, strawberries, blueberries, bannana. (this shake is LOADED with raw foods and healthy fats. It keeps me fueled until around 3:00 pm)
Mid afternoon - large salad made with spinach, peppers, walnuts, tomtoes, cucumbers, avacado. Dressing is olive oil with a sprinkle of lemon juice.
Dinner - fresh veggies, salad, chicken, grass fed beef or fish.
Drink lot of water throughout the day.
Now, if you really anaylize the above diet you will notice that the calories are maybe between 1300 - 1600. However, 60%-65% of those calories come from HEALTHY FATS! It is loaded with ample nutrients from raw foods and I NEVER feel hungry (if I do, i grab some nuts, raw cheese or fruits).
I can not stop losing bodyfat when eating this way. It literraly melts away!
PS -If you keep the diet tight during the week, go ahead and make Saturday or Sunday your FREE day! Eat what you want and enjoy!
