I have the same problem when I take a multivitamin. I stopped taking it to see if it would go away and it did. The multi I take GNC mega men sport which is high in Vit B complex. From my memory when I took a nutrition course at univ. excess vitamin amounts that are not toxic and stored in the body you rid of them through urine which vitamin B is one of them.
