that is impressive ,but what about the facts?
antioxidant rich fruit, plants and olive oil are only necessary because sugar, carbs, and unsaturated fats create a lot of oxidation, also why deride saturated fat at the same time you tout olive oil which is about 1/2 sat. fat (the most of all veg. oils)? plus most italian olive oil is actually just flavored soy oil! check that out
the elevated insulin levels from this diet are the main thing, supposedly the only mammal which can efficiently process sugar is this type of fruit bat, for all else it is a energy draining storage process
