MessageKefir is great - I thank whoever here suggested it. I get several kinds of live culture yogurts, including kefir, and like to mix and match, usually a bit of kefir added to some greek yogurt and then some maple syrup for sweetner - it's my usual mid-evening snack these days, the last thing I have to eat for the day.
But everyone's different - compared to my wife, I have a very resilient, easy to take care of digestive system. For her, the probiotics seem to be the answer, and she also usually has live cultures yogurts every day as well.
