In the WD Ori suggests taking an EFA like flax oil. I baught some and thought it was bad because it smelled kind of weird, almost like paint. Not sure what it supposed to smell like as I never used it. Went to taste it and tastes like fish oil. Curious what some of you guys take. And if you take flax oil what do you mix it with to get rid of that weird taste and smell.
