Congrats on the progress! That's great.
My son is small as well, but he has been making good progress lately. If you eat well and exercise hard, you may be able to grow several inches taller than your parents.
Don't take this as professional advice because I am not a doctor or a nutritionist, and I also tend to give more vegetarian advice for adults, but for younger people who want to grow taller, I think they should increse meat and dairy and exercise hard before bed.
Meat and dairy because cultures that consume the most of these tend to be the tallest (Northern European, Northern Chinese, and these African tribesman that Weston Price admired... can't remember the name).
Exercise before bed because it increases the release of growth hormone that your body will normally produce before going to sleep.
Question for you: What is your ancestry, and where did you granparents and great gp's grow up?
