Messageanother option that i've heard works well is hanging. if you have for extended periods of time, i.e. a few minutes per day, it can help to stretch out your spine and add an inch or two, and if your in a growth spurt, maybe more. the only thing is, if your not in a growth spurt, it can be lost if you stop. works well tho if you keep at it. i recommend an inversion rack, that way you can hang upside down, and hold on to some dumbells or kettlebells to help the growth happen faster.
