Almonds and fresh juice during the day if you get hungry.
Live, whole foods, and lot of them at night.
Workout
Drink lotsa water- more than you think
Use recovery meals if necessary
Supplement with high quality items
Get your Omega 3's and 6's.
Bingo...that's it.
Yes you'll lose fat, no you won't lose muscle mass, yes you'll feel better, have more energy. No, you won't go hungry, yes, the Warrior Diet works.
