MessageIn my experience, 1 hour at 350 degrees (convection oven) is about right. For yams, 1 hour and 15 minutes. I don't know about sweet potatoes.
To hard boil an egg, you turn the stove on high until it boils, then you put the lid on and let it stand over the heat for at least 10 minutes.
