Message Lately i have been trying to drop some bodyfat and am wondering if it is actually a good idea. I am about 185 at 5'9 and am in high school. I would put me at about 12-15 (maybe in the 16s) bodyfat. I have been working out for about 4 years so i suppose i can say i have some experience. But being a solid mesomorph, i am not sure if i am pursueing the right goal. I don't think i could have that wiry look. The other thing i'd worry about is how little i would have to eat to maintain that. Is the key here upping the intensity of exersize after the fall sports season? Just not sure where to go right now. Thanks for the help
