Sample day:
-Moderate bowl of cereal;oj;peanut butter
-sandwich;crackers;apple;yogurt
-Supper varies, say 1-2 bowls of soup and some bread
Maybe a snack- peanut butter or apple
Doesn't seem like much.. Anyway i am in football but its not super intense anymore, sprints are fairly easy in pads now. Very little lifting.
Season is over soon, thinking of a bench/deadlift routine 3 days a week need more guidance here also. No kettlebell yet maybe in a few months
I fit into a 32 pair of pants is loose on me. Thank you very much on helping me get on track
