1 coffee, tall glass of water, handful of strawberries, more water, broccoli with ranch dressing, more water (This is eaten throughout the day until dinner), then for dinner I eat baby spinach, 2 chicken breasts, and if I can fit more in, I eat some beans or a whole wheat bagel with honey on it. Lots of water.
