You are welcome. It has been nearly 10 years since my initial injury (too much incline on a nordic ski machine).

I found the site and the product: www.feelgoodstore.com It is the arch brace - item 72015. Cost is $12. The instructions on the site are different than the original instructions 7+years ago. Basically, strap it on when you go to bed. You will have immediate relief in the AM. One half of the problem is solved - the daily re-injury.
