Here is what goes on any normal day. It sometimes varies due to schedule/school/training, but in general, here it is:

Meal 1:
-Scrambled eggs (1 whole egg w/ yolk, then 3 egg whites)
-Sometimes last night pork chop or steak gets tossed in the egg
-Tabasco sauce
-1/2 cup of oatmeal with a tblspoon of raisins and 2 cups whey mixed in.
-Glass of OJ

Meal two:
-lately it has been a 6oz yoplait light yogurt mixed with those nature valley honey and oats granola bars.
-if I don't do the yogurt, I eat half of a sandwich. Turkey, no mayo, swiss cheese, veggies and mustard on a roll. I know I should go whole grain.
-If neither of those two above, then usually an orange and an apple.

Meal 3:
This is usually getting close to training time (I don't like to eat closer than 3 hours till training).
-Nature valley granola pack

Meal 4:
This is usually 5 min after workout
-Shaker bottle of two scoops of whey. Water

Meal 5:
This is about an hour after the shaker bottle
-Lean cut of meat
-Salad with a oil and vinegar based dressing
-More veggies if available

I drink water throughout the day, approximately 2-2.5liters throughout the day before training. After, maybe one liter.

Now my last meal is sometimes late, around 10pm or sometimes later. I usually go to bed around midnight or so. I've been told that you should have a small meal after working out, and I've been told not to eat after 7pm. So I don't know.

My goal is to lose about a pound a week (of fat) and cut down to around 180-183lbs. I'm at 213lb now, and am 6'0".

Thanks for any advice.
-Kevin
