MessageThanks to everyone that replied. I am sorry I was not clear enough. I do go to Starbucks or other places for coffee, but, when I go I get something like a java chip or one of those drinks that is loaded with calories from sugar. So, my question would be, what is a good alternative to something like that? I am going to try what Steve recommended and just add a generous amount of half and half. That should wake me up and fill me up a little as well.
