Anyone know what Muay Thai Boxers eat in Thailand?

I've seen huge amounts of video on these guys, from how they train to how vicious competing is, but never have I gotten to see what they eat in their diet. I was just curious how these fighters fuel themselves for such a demanding sport as Muay Thai is. Does anyone know the average diet of a Muay Thai Boxer, or what they eat before/after their meals?
