MessageI did the vegetarian meal plan. If I strayed at all it was because I ate some whole grains when I felt hunger from exertion.
I didn't use kettlebells, but I was doing HIT. I cut back a little durring the start because any big change should be handled with caution, but by the third week I was training hard again. I was surprised at the energy I felt even though I was eating less calories. If I lost strength or muscle mass, I couldn't tell.
I'd recommend the aggressive plan for the first 6 weeks. You'll get results like you've never had before and you'll be glad you did it.
