I've heard good things about the Anti-Estrogenic Diet, as Indy said.

Try counting your calories for a week or so - you're probably getting more than you think. This seems to happen to alot of people.

Fat on your face is the hardest to get rid of (for most of us). You're not going to have a noticeably lean face until you get a very low BF (think ~8%). You could try some neck exercises to tighten your jawline up, the only real way is low BF. Keep working at it - you'll get there.

I'm not into supps either, but whey protein and fish oil supps are good for getting in quality calories & lean muscle growth. You said you tend to overtrain, and these things can also help with your recovery. They're worth looking into at the very least.

Also, stay active in the forum. I've never heard of someone who is active member of The Party who cannot reach their goals. Lots of good info and help to be found here.
