MessageI agree with Bois to count calories to calibrate your perception of how much you are really eating.
One thing you didn't mention is salt. Do you use it? Do you use a lot of it? I know I do. I have trouble eating vegetables without it, but I bet I could become leaner if I cut down. Just a thought.
