MessageIf you're not a big coffee drinker it can really amp up your intensity - atleast for me it did. I used to drink it before KB sessions until i became a regular coffee drinker & lost the buzz.
If you are eating a clean diet with the right amount of exercise (burning more than you're consuming), you WILL lose the weight. If you are doing this and not losing the poundage, I would see a doctor. You could be allergic to something or have some other type of disorder.
If all this checks out OK, you can always go to the extremes - its Velocity Diet time.
