MessageThis is the type of thing that gives dieting a bad name, and I doubt that Dax Moy would cheer you on for trying to lose 23 pounds of mostly water in 4 weeks. Mind you, you'll have to dehydrate yourself before weigh-in to even come close to 170. And I hype your "usual workout" includes a lot of long slow distance with minimal or no strength/mass training.
Some guys last year tried to do something similar with "The Velocity Diet", and they honestly posted their results, much to their credit. Their progress was nothing close to what was advertised. They had an initial drop in weight the first week or two, but then the progress slowed substaintially.
Good luck, and please be careful not to risk your health through dehydration in order to win a bet.
