MessageThere are several diets that a person can follow, but before adopting any of them, i think the best thing you could do is to just clean up your diet, in the sense of eating only "clean" foods that have nothing really added, like oats, brown rice, potatoes, veg, fruit, nuts, sees, fleshy foods, some dairy, etc. Once you start eating cleaner foods i think you will notice improvements in bo9th health and appearance. After which point you may think about altering your diet further in line with any one of the number of diets available
