MessageMany people have this same problem. Since you eat in a WD fashion, why not have a main meal consisting (and preferably in the following order):
1. Some fruit (or have this during the undereating phase)
2. Protein and Fat, including foods like dairy (cheese and nuts/seeds)
3. Veg
4. And then, having eaten cleanly using foods that will provide you with necessary nutrients, why not then eat things "like cakes, ice cream, custard etc.".
Perhaps its worth a try.
