MessageWhen you get a sugar craving brush your teeth. It may help the craving subside (sometimes works with me). You could also try chewing sugar free gum that has a sweet taste. EXTRA makes a watermelon flavor that tastes really good. I pop a piece in when I get the craving.
I used to have a huge sweet tooth. It's been years since I've last had it - now the smell of really sugary stuff actually makes me feel sick. Just keep it at it and good luck!
