5 Hour Energy: Diet and Nutrition, Weight Loss, Fat Loss

The only thing that I can say is that my sister-in-law used it once. Said it made her heart race and she had a pretty massive caffine-like high for about 2 hours. And after that she crashed, and started like halucinating.?
