I have been happy w/ the WD so far, but I'm not sure I'm doing the overeating phase right, mainly the timing. Here's what I do:
At 6pm I eat a big salad, maybe with some baby carrots or cucumbers, w/ flax oil, olive oil, and lemon juice as dressing.
Immediately after I eat some steamed broccoli or brussel sprouts or peas.
Immediately after that (probably about 6:10pm by now) I eat what I consider to be my "main meal" - such as grilled chicken breasts, whole roasted chicken, baked fish, chicken/beef souvlaki w/ tzatziki sauce, eggplant parmesan
If I have room, I then immediately eat some carbs like sprouted grain bread, brown rice w/ soy sauce, or pita and hummus. So I'm usually done by about 6:30pm. If I don't have room, I wait about 45 min-1hr and THEN eat the carbs.
Then about an hour later I usually eat either some raw almonds, or have some kefir w/ berries mixed in.
Am I timing all of this right, or should the overeating be more spread out, like salad at 6, rest & digest, protein at 7, rest & digest, carbs at 8?
