MessageIt's fun to watch how people fall for the marketing tricks and forget the principle of the method. The idea of Warrior Diet (which is not actually Warrior Diet, as it has been around for decades and not invented by Hoffmekler) is alternating undereating and overeating. That's it. No right and wrong. Under phase can vary from zero intake to moderate, same goes for over. The order in which you take fats, carbs or protein is NOT important, never mind what others tell you. Caloric balance is what eventually determines weight gain or loss. Irregularity is also a good idea. That's it. Nothing else really to it. If you feel good and achieving your goals - it's the right way.
