MessageI'm not in the high fat, low carb camp, so my recommendations will be a lot different than the previous one.
If you eat like this every day, you are eating a healthy diet, but you should check what your caloric intake is. If you strictly keep it around 1500 calories/day, you'll drop 2 to 3 pounds per week. In 6 to 10 weeks you'll have safely dropped 20 pounds with minimal muscle loss. In fact, you'll look more muscular because you'll lose a lot of subcutaneous fat.
I don't think you need almonds AND flax AND a fish oil supplement for essential fats. The more fat you have in you diet, the harder it will be to keep calories down. If your fish oil is good (i.e. molecularly distilled oil in a glass bottle, not pills), I choose that over the almonds and flax.
