MessageOoh rah Comrades,
Tweaked my elbow last week doing some swings. I was doing some sprints + swings, and on the last set I lacked the hip drive and compensated w/ using my arms on swing w/o thinking.
So I'm feeling this little sting in my elbow when I have it locked out. Nothing major, buts it's noticeable when I do lock out exercises. Is this worth losing training over for recuperation or can I just pump it through?
