MessageThere is the aggressive, full vegetarian plan that I did and the less agressive, non-vegetarian plan that is more like WD because it's basically light vegetarian during the day and dinner has some lean protein.
Whole food with lots of greens are stressed. It's very low fat and it can dramatically improve blood tests without the use of statins.
This is like an even more aggressive form of the Ornish diet which has been documented to reverse heart disease along with the Esselstyn diet. It's not for everyone, but if you have a family history of heart disease and have genetic risk factors like me, it's good to know about.
