Hi
Thanks for the reply, I am 31, 5' 11" and have been training since I was a bairn, various Martial Arts up until my teenage years then started weights, I have always found it easy to put on weight and then build it into Muscle Mass, just when trying to reduce my mass I get to a sticking point and can go no further. I have trained with a variety of equipment and I have my own garage gym with Free Weights and Power Rack, a selection of Kettlebells, various boxing bags, Olympic Rings, running machines, steppers, ect ect..
At the moment my training consists of the following..
Monday Work 7:30 - 17:00, Karate 20:15 - 22:15
Tuesday Work 7:30 - 17:00, Karate 18:00 - 21:30
Wednesday Work 7:30 - 17:00, Boxing 17:45 - 19:30
Thursday 7:30 - 17:00, Karate 20:15 - 22:15
Friday Work 7:30 - 12:30, Boxing 17:45 - 19:30
Saturday Karate 11:00 - 12:30
Sunday Rest
As you can see above its a pretty busy schedule, oh forgot to mention, I havent touched weights for about 7 months since I dislocated my shouler and tore my rotator cuff in the process, for keeping strength up, i have only been doing Bodyweight exercises and some light work on the rings.
Sorry forgot to mention as for the Velocity diet, all recomendations for this seem to be to use Bio-Test products for it to work properly and I really cant afford to spend that kind of money on suppliments for a 4 week diet.
Cheers
Dougie
