Well, it all start with a goal...and u have that now....so set a start and finish...you have to have a deadline of where u want to be....write your goals down on paper and read it upon rising in the morning and before going to bed so it's always in your head.....also....strip down and take a picture of yourself, front,side, back and keep it with you at all times....pictures can be an awakening!!! they don't lie...so get in ur boxers or board shorts and take a few pics.
Go organic!! Try to incorporate as much organic foods as possible....the food in the country is loaded with chemicals that are not good for you. From organic fruits and veggies, to bread, etc. DO IT!!! little more money but it's worth it.
WOuldn't hurt to do a body detox also such as a colon cleanse...i've used Renew life's brand 30day cleansesmart...did wonders...do this and you will lose weight just from that plus this will recharge u and you will feel more energy..Your body will be rid of toxins and you will be able to absorb nutrients much better.
Like others have said..eat every 3 hours, 6 meals a day. Doing kettlebells in the morning on empty stomach also helps. WATER WATER WATER!!! Cant' say enough about water. DRINK ALOT OF IT!!
Doing kettlebells 4x's or more a week you should lose weight.
Good luck...just a few things I thought about.
Keep a log of your progress...you want to know how you got to where your going and log how it was done.
