MessageOkey,I agree, If they existed they would probably used them, and that is fine.
I understand the need for adition food in form of suplements,but only in professional athletes,who are training every day and pushing their limits all the time...
But for some fitness enthusiast, for someone who is training for health and strength,someone who is training 3 to 4 days a week, eat healthy foods and avoid garbage, WHY he can't look big and riped, and I dont mean like bodybuilders these days,bloated and FRIKIN HUGE!
The look like old timers used to have,I think that is the look the majority of people here want to look like,am i right?
So why people think that they need to drink all that stuff and take so many pills to become strong and look good?
