MessageSwitch to Uncle Sam's cereal. Has about the same protein (7g), and is full of flaxseeds for some healthy fats. It's cheaper too. You can get it at Wal-mart but you've gotta look for it for a minute or two.
Soy-free as well.
edit: You could also put a half scoop of protein in the milk, stir it up, then put the cereal in. Then drink the milk afterwards - if you really need extra calories.
