MessageCreatine is basically another energy source for your muscles, so it causes muscle gain kinda indirectly. Next time make sure to look for Creatine-Ethyl-Ester, its the most beneficial form. I recommend VPX's NO Shotgun before a workout, and BSN's Cell mass immediately after a workout, and once more during the day.
