What I eat at the request of semonides.

Firstly I haven't earned the MS ranking in an official contest, I have put the numbers up many times in my training but never in a sanctioned contest or meet. I honestly believe that I could do it easily because of the way I train and my mental toughness.

Anyway I eat meat and vegetables mostly (I love my steak sandwiches), except before, during and after my workouts I will consume protein and some sugary carbs with BCAA's

(I just use biotest surge, and the drink I make during my workout has glycerine in it - about a Tbsp worth - this is because I cant get their workout fuel). I consume fish oil and BCAA with ever meal and after 8pm I limit what I eat to just protein and fat.

I just before I go to bed I have a big drink of water, this will wake me up so I can have a protein drink. I also usually eat oranges or apples with every meal.

I am consuming just under 5000 kcals a day but that's only because I am gaining weight when I am happy with my weight I will probably knock 200 kcals off of that.

Now looking at specific food that I eat well you cant go past steak, eggs, cheese, chicken (I love to just eat a whole chicken), bacon, pork, sausages, turkey, mixed vegetables, yoghurt, Vegemite (this goes on toast), oatmeal, honey, milk (either full cream of low fat it doesn't really matter but it just depends on your goals)...

Anyway that's it really I also have heaps of junk in my fridge because my girlfriend is one of those chicks who wants to be skinny and can eat anything and stay very lean... So she eats what she wants....
