Hey all, I had posted in the strength forum accidentally about finding a replacement for Naturades Super Weight Gain. Unfortunately the discontinued it and I'm looking for another option. I actually took it as a nutritional shake more than for weight gain. It was recommended to me in the other forum that I could make my own shakes.

So I'm looking for recomendation for either all natural shakes or recipes on how to make my own.
