Potassium Supplements?From: Bois

MessageI've been reading about the pros and cons of taking a potassium supplement. Many people recommend them as they can be useful, where other studies suggest too much potassium can result in irregular heart beats, or worse, a heart attack.
I'd think that taking a 99-100mg supplement with every meal (like Dan John recommends) would be fine, as I would suspect it to be well below the recommended daily intake?
If anyone could expand on this it would be much appreciated.
