MessageMy parents would benefit from taking some cinnamon and other things you described in your post tammany535. The cinnamon that is sold in supermarkets is in small quantities. The biggest container I saw was like an 8oz. which won't last long. Any recommendations where to get more cinnamon or good quality including black tea, and bitter melon?
Also any recommendations for taking cinnamon? I've tried cinnamon myself with a tea and it does not taste that good, the powdered form.
