Message...most of you on here are fighting body fat and such. Well, I have the reverse problem of being 5'10 and only 145-150lbs. Most of my adult life I averages 130-135 and only have recently been gained the weight. I'm still thin though and approaching 40.
What I'm wondering is with a nutritional program and consistent kettlebell training will I be able to put on muscle? I don't care about mass but I'm shooting for that martial art/gymnast body.
Any tips/recommendations or even experience would be helpful.
