To elaborate further on milk - in your view, should one only drinking 2% and above? Whole? Or has it all gone the crapper since we've gotten off raw milk?
I dont drink too much, just about a cup a day, usually 1-2%. I've heard several places that athletes should be drinking 2% or whole. I grew up on skim, so the fattier milk doesn't taste as good - still drink it on occasion though
