MessageI'll say this in response to #3: though I do agree that most people fall into that category, there are a good number of people out there that have legitimate problems that at least don't help them to loose weight. These include hormonal imbalances (the anti-estrogenic diet), malfunctioning thyroid or hypothalamus, and probably a few others.
I'll say this, Yo-Yo dieting=BAD. I hate how people say, 'I need to go on a diet' then loose 10 lb and stop. Getting relatively fit requires a lifestyle change, that means at least semi-permanent, not a quick fix.
Ok, I'll get off my soap-box.
