IMO its actually eaiser than eating multiple meals all day long... I'd say the book is 1/3 science, 1/3 diet, and 1/3 philosphy
Its cheaper to buy one week's worth of produce and eat it during the day for the week than to buy a breakfast sandwich and lunch and snacks- even if you buy only organic produce
I have been doing it for about 8 months, always get questions from my coworkers about if I'm vegetarian, but whenever I eat decide to eat in front of one of them... they ask where I put all the food.
I gave the book to a friend who has followed the diet for about 4 months and he lost a little over 20 lbs. he weighed about 240 and is down in the 215 range. He doesn't even eat all that well in the overeating phase- he eats WHATEVER he wants, but he does follow a daily under and overeating cycle. He also works out on an empty stomach, and does fatigued strength training as Ori suggests.
This diet freed me from being tired at the job and buying food all the time- I love the Warrior Diet
If I decide not to under eat during the day, my appetite is voracious. I love the indulgence of the overeating phase. Ease into it and you'll be fine.
