MessageI agree with Zach, is you can get morton's salt substitute that would be fat better than potassium supps, which can cause problems to one's GI tract. I live in Ireland and can't seem to find Morton's, though i would love to get my hands on some. One average-sized banana contains about 450mg. One avocado, 1250mg. 100g of nuts, 600mg. 100gram of animal protein, 500mg.
