MessageYES! Eat a big breakfast of eggs, meat, fruit, and whole milk if you can handle it. Maybe some oatmeal.
You should be on a standard 3 meal a day diet at your age, or a 5-6 meal a day if you can fit them in (and are trying to gain weight)
Your body does not always go to muscle when it needs energy. If you start cutting out the grains (mainly white bread and refined sugary foods at your age) your body will be more apt to go for fat.
Eat healthy and lots of it
