MessageYou should never have a feeling of being hungry. But you also shouldn't feel extremely bloated every moment of the day.
I've found a good way to do this is to eat a huge breakfast and dinner, and your other meals should be about 3-4 small ones. This way you should never feel hungry, and you also shouldn't feel like that blueberry girl from Willy Wonka.
Maybe try one day a week as an IF day, where you only eat one regular size meal at night. This may, or may not help your body absorb nutrients more efficiently. I've started doing this, but it's only been 2 weeks (2 IF days) so I can't really tell anything yet.
