Here's what I've been doing:
9am Green Tea and Fish oil caps
12pm Glass V8
2pm Orange or Apple & Carrot (handful of nuts/boiled egg if I feel the need and usually don't)
4pm Glass V8
Take the times with a pinch of salt, I more or less eat when I feel like I need it, train around 5pm and had been overeating from 6-9pm but added another hour to this today due to headache. Seems to have helped. Dropped 4lbs so far, but have it to lose.
