7:50am smoothie- i cup raw milk, 1 banana, 1 tbsp flax seed oil,; 250 mg magnesium supp; 1 1-a-day max vitamin (I know there are better ones but I'm trying to finish this bottle off); and a 500mg mixed fruit supp
I only drink a smoothie in the morning if I woke up early enough to do my morning SuperJoints routine and PTTP deadlifts
9:25am 1 orange, 1 banana, cup of coffee (black, nothing added)
10:40am cup of cauliflower, half cup of broccoli, cup of water
12:40pm did various kelso shrugs and one-legged squats off a bench 4x2 in the gym in at my job (light stuff, not approaching fatigue)
1:05pm 3 strawberries and a hanfull of blueberries
between now and three I will drink 2 cups of tea (green and "detox")
around 3 I will have a cup of baby carrots and 2 stalks of celery with more water
If I'm feeling really hungry during the day, I'll pop open of the cans of tuna that I leave at my job and eat the whole thing. usually i don't
If I'm feeling really hungry close to dinner I'll eat some of the nuts I carry around (almonds, cashews, and sunflower "meat"). this happens if home isn't the first stop after work
I will not eat again untill dinner (6pm?) at which point I will eat 2-3 servings of dinner. I try to have a salad and veggie soup every dinner, but more often than not that doesn't happen. I haven't decided if I'm gonna do some cardio before I eat dinner or not.
I keep a food diary, and include when and how I workout in it. I started doing this because I'm going gluten free until the start of the barbeque season (can't wait till memorial day). I'm doing this because I have a sister who's gluten intolerant and I have psoriasis on my scalp. I am wondering if I cut this out of my diet will my scalp clear up... I don't know what I'll do if it does. I've been craving things I haven't eaten in months (waffles? I haven't eaten a waffle since I was in college)
